Dog steps front legs into openings. 3. Pull harness over back, fasten buckle. 4. Make sure there is no space around the back when harness is fully pulled. 5. Move sliders to adjust. Is it 100% "escape-proof"? Harness is designed to reduce the risk of a dog backing out. But a poor fit or lack of active pulling on the harness can result in your dog getting out of the harness. Make sure there is no space around the back when the harness is fully tightened. Is it suitable for all dogs? Make sure our no pull dog harness is properly sized by checking to see if there is no space around the back of your dog when the harness is pulled fully. Incorrect sizing will lead to escaping of the harness.
